My Little Helper Boy!

Lincoln loves to be involved with anything we are doing. It doesn't matter if it's laundry, cooking, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning-up, fixing things, or pulling weeds outside, Lincoln wants to help! Lately he's been so excited to do the "deesis" and feed Grant his cereal. When he was feeding Grant, he took the spoon and started making "num num" sounds. I didn't realize it until I heard Lincoln do that, but he was just copying how he's seen me feed Grant. Also, this morning I couldn't make it into Grant's room right when he woke up. Lincoln heard him start to cry. He went in and I heard him start humming songs to Grant. When I made it into the room, Lincoln had climbed into Grant's crib, given him his pacifier, and was laying by him humming with his hand on Grants tummy. So cute! He is such a good helper to Mommy and Daddy and a good big brother to Grant. Hopefully this helpfulness will last and that he'll always be our helper boy! :)

Smiling while he does the "deesis"

I really think it's just his way of getting to play with bubbles!

Grant's so lucky to have such a good big brother to take care of him!

6 Months Have Flown By...

We can't believe 6 months has flown by since our sweet little Grant entered our lives. This little guy has been such a calm baby and has filled our lives with happy smiles, contagious giggles, and constant joy! He seems to bring a smile to anyone's face who sees him. We are so blessed to have our Grant.

Grant's big cheesy's that we can't get enough of!

Hanging out with Daddy...

and Mommy...

His latest accomplishments include sitting up! Yay Grant!

Happy 2009!

We continued our holiday celebrations on New Years. We were so lucky to have Brandon's parents come a stay with us for a couple of days. Lincoln loves seeing both of his "Pops" and "Baughs" any chance he gets! We had a little "second Christmas" with them and opened a few more presents and then had a little New Years celebration at "midnight" (8:00) watching Peter Pan and having treats. We had a fun time and are so glad Pop and Bagh Wilde could come celebrate with us.

Lincoln got a new "Nut" - he was so excited and is giving it a squeeze

Fun for both of them...

Merry Christmas 2008!

We're still catching up from the Holidays I guess...We spent a fun Christmas with family in Utah. All Lincoln wanted for Christmas was a firetruck...and Santa delivered! Lincoln couldn't have been happier. Grant of course didn't really know it was such an exciting day, but was a happy baby throughout the day. We got to spend lots of time with Shan's parents and we were also lucky to see all of her brothers, sister and their families throughout the time there. It was a great time and a very Merry Christmas!

Brandon carried the boys up to the Christmas tree on
Christmas morning to see what Santa left for them

When Lincoln opened up the firetruck from Santa,
he could hardly contain himself he was so excited.

He's giving his firetruck a squeeze because he loves it so much.

Grant loved meeting his new teddy bear friend.

Lincoln was so excited to hang out with many of his cousins.
He loves being with his cousins, playing with them,
watching movies, jumping, running, and everything else little cousins do
