Birthday Celebrations!

We had so much fun celebrating Lincoln's birthday...in true Wilde family tradition...we couldn't just celebrate for a day...we celebrated for a week (yes, it is still Lincoln's "season" though)! On his actual birthday, I took him and Grant to a favorite place of Lincoln's here in Pocatello...McGee's petting zoo (Brandon had to do a supervision workshop out of town). As usual, he loved looking at all the animals and ran from one to the next. He thought riding on the coin-op horse was the coolest thing ever (he's still talking about it)! That night we had a couple of his buddies over for some cake and ice-cream. The next weekend we took him to the Hogle Zoo in SLC for part of his birthday. Darren (my brother), Cindy & their boys, and Gramma & Pop Watts were able to come with us. It was a fun day looking at all of the animals, riding the zoofari train, & riding the carousel. Lincoln loved his "special days"!

Party time...
he knew just what to do after the candles were out...

he couldn't stop saying "wee" the whole time, he loved riding the gorilla

Looks like Lincoln has enjoyed all of his birthday celebrations! SLC must have a pretty nice zoo, I hear a lot about it. Wish Las Vegas had one. Lincoln is getting so big and so cute!
We're going to Sea World next week for a little family vaca. Finally, we get out of the heat!!
